How the Push Mow Pros text-update program works, what we send, and how to stop it.

Last updated: September 21, 2026

The program

Push Mow Pros Service Updates is a text-message program run by Push Mow Pros LLC for our lawn care customers in the Treasure Valley, Idaho. When you opt in, we text the mobile number you provide with messages about your service:

These are service messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the “Text me service updates” box on the contact step of our signup form, or by turning on Text updates in your customer portal. By checking the box you give Push Mow Pros LLC your express written consent to send you automated text messages at the number you provided. This consent is given directly to Push Mow Pros LLC and is separate from our Service Agreement — it is not bundled into any other agreement. Checking the box is required to sign up, because service texts are how we let you know about your visits. You can still opt out at any time, as described below.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Expect about 1 to 3 messages per week of scheduled service, plus occasional account or billing notices.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for texts, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel text updates at any time. You'll receive one confirmation text and nothing further. You can also turn off Text updates in your customer portal. To rejoin, reply START or turn texts back on in your portal. We'll still contact you by email for account notices such as failed payments.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, email us at info@pushmowpros.com, or use our contact page.

Your number stays private

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our messaging service provider, Twilio, processes your number on our behalf solely to deliver these messages. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
