Residential Lawn Mowing Service Agreement

This is the agreement you accept when you enroll. How we handle your information lives in the Privacy Policy.

Last updated: September 16, 2026

This Residential Lawn Mowing Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Push Mow Pros LLC (“PMP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“Customer”) for recurring residential lawn mowing services at the service address provided during signup.

By enrolling in service, Customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Service term

PMP provides recurring weekly lawn mowing service for a 28-week mowing season, generally beginning the first week of April and continuing through the second week of October.

Customer is enrolling in weekly recurring service for the mowing season unless service is canceled in accordance with Section 11.

Regular service includes:

Bagging or hauling grass clippings, leaf removal, shrub trimming, landscape maintenance, fertilization, weed control, irrigation work, cleanup services, and other services are not included unless specifically agreed to in writing.

2. Weekly service — no skipping or pausing

PMP operates on a recurring weekly route schedule. Customer agrees to one scheduled service each week during the 28-week mowing season.

Individual weekly services may not be skipped, paused, postponed, or rescheduled at Customer's request.

This policy allows PMP to maintain consistent lawn conditions, predictable routes, and reliable service for all customers.

If Customer no longer wants recurring weekly service, Customer may cancel service in accordance with Section 11.

3. Service day and arrival time

PMP will assign Customer a regular service day based on route availability and efficiency. PMP does not guarantee a specific arrival time or route order.

During initial route development, Customer's regular service day may be adjusted. PMP will provide notice of material scheduling changes when reasonably practical.

Weather, holidays, equipment issues, road conditions, staffing, or other circumstances outside PMP's reasonable control may cause service to occur on a different day.

4. Weather and service delays

PMP determines whether mowing conditions are appropriate and safe. Rain, saturated turf, excessive heat, smoke, storms, or other conditions may delay service. When practical, delayed properties will be serviced as soon as route and weather conditions permit.

Weather-related schedule changes do not constitute a skipped service or cancellation of that week's scheduled service.

PMP will not intentionally perform service when doing so would reasonably be expected to cause significant turf damage or create unsafe working conditions.

5. Additional mowing

Regular service includes one scheduled mowing per week.

Any additional mowing requested by Customer is outside the regular service plan and will be billed separately at a price approved by Customer before the additional service is performed.

PMP is not obligated to provide additional mowing when route capacity or operating conditions do not permit it.

6. Property condition and access

Customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all areas included in service.

Before the scheduled service, Customer is responsible for:

If PMP cannot safely or reasonably access all or part of the property, PMP may complete the accessible portion and consider the scheduled visit fulfilled.

Because route capacity and technician time were reserved for Customer, inaccessible areas, locked gates, pets preventing access, or Customer-caused access issues do not entitle Customer to a refund, credit, or replacement visit.

7. Overgrown or abnormal conditions

The regular service rate assumes the property remains in normal weekly mowing condition.

If a lawn is excessively overgrown or contains excessive debris, pet waste, standing water, hidden hazards, or other conditions requiring substantially more work than normal recurring service, PMP may decline the affected work or offer additional service at an additional charge approved by Customer before the work is performed.

PMP may discontinue service to properties that repeatedly fall outside normal service conditions.

8. Monthly billing and automatic payment authorization

Customer authorizes PMP and its payment processor to securely maintain Customer's selected payment method and automatically charge or debit that payment method for amounts due under this Agreement.

Customer may pay using an accepted credit/debit card or ACH payment method made available by PMP.

Customer will be billed monthly. Unless otherwise disclosed during signup, payment will be automatically processed on or about the first day of each month for the regular weekly services scheduled during that billing month.

The monthly amount may vary depending upon the number of regularly scheduled weekly services occurring during that month. For example, a month containing four scheduled weekly services will generally be billed at four times Customer's agreed weekly service rate. A month containing five scheduled weekly services will generally be billed at five times Customer's agreed weekly service rate.

Customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method throughout the service term.

Customer authorizes PMP to process payment for:

9. Declined, returned, or failed payments

If Customer's card, ACH payment, or other authorized payment method is declined, returned, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, PMP may notify Customer and attempt to process the payment again.

Customer must promptly provide a valid payment method or otherwise resolve the outstanding balance.

PMP may suspend future service while an account has an unpaid balance. Suspension for nonpayment does not constitute a Customer-requested pause.

Customer remains responsible for amounts properly due under this Agreement and for lawful returned-payment or processing charges actually incurred by PMP and properly disclosed to Customer.

Repeated payment failures or unresolved balances may result in termination of service.

10. Property damage and liability

PMP will exercise reasonable care while performing services.

Customer acknowledges that lawn maintenance involves powered mowing, trimming, and blowing equipment and agrees to maintain the property in a condition reasonably suitable for such work.

PMP is not responsible for damage resulting from items or conditions that are concealed, improperly installed, deteriorated, unsecured, or not reasonably visible to the technician, including but not limited to:

Customer should report alleged property damage within 48 hours of service whenever reasonably possible so PMP has an opportunity to inspect and document the condition.

PMP will be responsible for direct physical property damage caused by PMP's negligence to the extent required by applicable law.

PMP is not responsible for ordinary wear, pre-existing conditions, turf disease, irrigation failures, drought, insects, weather damage, or conditions not caused by PMP.

11. Cancellation

Customer may cancel recurring service at any time by providing notice through PMP's approved cancellation method.

Cancellation must be received at least seven (7) calendar days before Customer's next scheduled service for that service to be canceled.

If cancellation is received fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the next scheduled service, that next service will remain scheduled, will be performed in the ordinary course, and will remain billable. Cancellation will become effective after that service, and no subsequent weekly services will be scheduled.

Example: If Customer's regular service day is Friday and cancellation is received on Wednesday, that Friday's service will still be performed and billed. Recurring service will terminate after that visit.

Customer will not be charged for regularly scheduled services occurring after the effective cancellation date.

If Customer has prepaid for regular services scheduled after the effective cancellation date, PMP will issue an appropriate refund or account credit for those unperformed services.

Cancellation terminates recurring service. It is not a temporary pause. A former Customer wishing to resume service must re-enroll, and acceptance will be subject to current pricing and route availability.

PMP may terminate service for nonpayment, repeated access problems, unsafe conditions, abusive or threatening behavior, material changes to the property, repeated requests inconsistent with PMP's recurring service model, or other legitimate operational reasons.

12. Changes to property or service conditions

Customer agrees to notify PMP of material property changes that may affect service, including installation of fences, landscaping, pools, play equipment, irrigation systems, gates, or other improvements.

PMP may review and adjust pricing or discontinue service if property conditions materially change the time, difficulty, or equipment required to perform service.

13. Communications

Customer agrees that PMP may send service-related communications by text message, email, telephone, or through the Customer portal using the contact information provided during signup.

These communications may include service reminders, arrival notifications, weather delays, schedule changes, payment notices, and other information related to Customer's service.

Customer is responsible for maintaining current contact information.

14. Customer responsibility for service area

Customer represents that they are authorized to request lawn service at the property and are responsible for accurately identifying the areas PMP is expected to maintain.

PMP's rate is based on the property information and service area reviewed or provided at signup. Materially inaccurate property information may result in a revised price or termination of service.

15. Entire agreement

This Agreement, together with the pricing, property information, payment authorization, and other terms presented during signup, constitutes the agreement between Customer and PMP regarding recurring lawn mowing service.

Any modification must be accepted by PMP and Customer in writing or electronically.
