How text opt-in works

Text updates are opt-in only. This is the exact consent step every customer sees on step 4 of signup, after entering their service address.

  1. The customer enters their name, email, and mobile number.
  2. The “Text me service updates” box is unchecked by default. Checking it is the customer's express written consent to receive automated service texts from Push Mow Pros LLC at that number. It links to our Text Message Terms and Privacy Policy.
  3. Service texts are how we run each visit, so the box is required to sign up. The number is verified with a one-time code before signup can finish. We store the consent and the time it was given on the customer's record.
  4. Customers can opt out any time by replying STOP, or by turning off Text updates in their portal.
